At EPSA 2021 (online, June 24–25), I presented this paper distinguishing between corporate and liberal power-sharing models and assessing their differential effects on ethnic grievances, identity politicization, and conflict. I showed that these two institutional logics generate systematically different incentive structures for ethnic mobilization, with important implications for long-term stability.
